Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used diapers and wipes cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at hello@manukind.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged or incorrect, email hello@manukind.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or diaper size is to return the unopened item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Subscriptions

You can skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
